Evening guys - sorry I am so late with my update but, after having some pizza when I got back, I have been sitting on the loo trying 'to go' for half an hour at a time, that's from 8.30 till now ..... and I still haven't been :( It's there, but won't come out :osorry if that is too much information. I have been neglecting my healthy eating, basing everything around bread, which is not good, and not had any veg and very little fruit ..... not like me at all :o

Our 2 friends got here at 12.45 ............. and I was still in bed, even though they'd said they'd be here by 1 pm :o:o A quick wash and got dressed, fed Molly and made her run around a bit, then put her in her cage and they took me down to the car boot, where we had bacon sarnies :j before starting on the units again. We'd got 75% of one unit done and got that one finished today - sorting everything into what will go into the auction and what I will take home, and threw out what was left. The lads are coming over about 11 am tomorrow, with their friend who they are staying with, and we are going to tackle the other unit

Anyway, when we'd done what we could, we went over to visit Mr 3Dogs and found him lying in bed, in his PJ's for the first time. He'd managed to have a shace this morning so he looked much better, but he is definitely a better colour now anyway. He'd been sitting in his chair for couple of hours in the morning again and had a little walk around the bay he is in. Still no appetite though, so eating little but he is drinking plenty.

The doc told him this morning that he wants to check the bag on the drain for the fluids from the abcess before he can go home. The nurses are worried that his system is forcing his food/drink straight through him, far too quickly, so they put him on a drip while we were there, with a thick serum. I think this will have to be normalised too before he can be discharged but he has the weekend ahead so hopefully he will still be able to come come on Monday :D

Oh well, another trip to the loo for me .................

P.S. thanks for the new thread WestisBest :T :T

I had a mathmetician friend once who suffered constipation.....he took a pencil and worked the problem out!

Us mere mortals tend to use a bowl of prunes! :D

I'm not sure I'm looking forward to your next update.......... :rotfl:

Not got back, just arrived in Florida. It's only 9.49 do can't go to bed yet. Sitting on patio with a glass of wine and it's still about 26c - so lovely and warm. Left the U K this morning and it was cold and foggy.

Very true in this house :o:o
Not had much time to post but thinking of you and the family 3dogs am still supporting it on both front's, my uncle with cancer and my FIL with the same and i know it is hard but like you; all you can do is be there and be supportive and let other family help :)

My thoughts are with you CR - as you say, be supportive, take help from others, and I would had, stay positive and still smile :D

FK - I seem to have 'worked it' out so can go to bed now ;). On and off the loo since 8.30 pm, very painful, and in agony when I eventually 'went' :o

    Night Night you wonderful folk :A :A :A :A :A
    :( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(
