i dont know i got a text from them saying "letricia we have credited your account with a free £5 bet to get your cheltenham started! free bets must be placed on any cheltenham race on tuesyday 13th march 2012"

but i went on ladbokes.com and cant work it out :( lol

I had the same email. Log onto ladbrokes and choose your bet as normal. It appears on the right of screen and just above this should be a tick box for free £5 bet. HTH

hi, can you tell me please - do 'normal' chocolate oranges work too then?? not just the white or popping ones?

I wish!!! Seeing plenty of normal ones about but it's the special edition ones going cheap I'm afraid. Can't locate any round here :(

That sounds ridiculously high :( Maybe worth checking out other providers?

There are only 2 gas providers here and the one I'm with guarantee to track cheaper than the main supplier.

The ex got some stupid wireless thermostat in instead of a normal controller. Back in the days of oil, you set a simple program of "turn on at 7am for an hour" then during the cold months "turn on at 4:30pm for 2 hours" then it could be boosted during the day as required. At the minute it seems to be trickle heating all day whereas I'd prefer it to just boost when I need it.

As it is, I have it set below 20C all day but even when the program says it should be 19C the temp sometimes shows higher and the flame icon is lit which means the heating is on. Have turned the temps down yet again. Dunno if it makes a big difference but the old washing machine had a hot feed whereas the new one only has a cold feed so maybe that was bumping up the usage. Shower is electric. No fireplace.

How frustrating  I wonder if you costing up changing the thermostat (if that's even possible) it would reduce your overall usage significantly enough to make it worth it. I know nothing about this sort of thing at all mind you! I would imagine now having a cold feed WM will make a difference definitely. Especially as you probably do a fair bit of washing with a couple of kids in the house
