I do live in a nice street, there are just one or two further down that spoil it from time to time.

That made me laugh. I live in a nice cathedral city but we have our junkies as per everywhere else. The main house for dealing is in sight of mine and when the outside light is on it means drugs are in. Most of the clients at the weekend park opposite mine and walk up to get their stuff. One I noticed a few weeks ago is a sales person from Mr T! Takes all sorts

best answer so far but i forgot to say, i have a wood burner in the living room that gets to 90 degrees no probs. but rest of house is unheated.
