    Afternoon all!

Really  at the moment! 6 weeks ago I took my cat Gunther to the vets with an eye problem, he was prescribed antibiotic drops which I administered for 10 days and the problem went away. Now it's reoccurred and the vet wants to see him again!

WHY? It's obviously the same thing and he probably just needs a longer course but no, they want to charge me another £35 consultation fee first, money-grabbing :eek::eek::eek:s!!!!!

I also dread taking any of mine becuause the result is always the same, an antibiotic injection and also an anti inflammatory and its £30 odd for each of them
It seems to be the same 2 whatever the problem is, just wish I could buy a small supply from the internet and keep some in the fridge in readiness for the next bite, scratch, skin infection etc. I've given insulin injectiosn to dogs so it cant be any harder to give an injection to a cat. Farmers have supplies and inject their animals rather than calling the vet out for every little thing.

I used to get the drontal from the vets until I realised how much of a mark up they put on them. So now I've got an online supplier that I buy the cats worming tablets and I've also bought some ear drops as well. Also I think they accept paypal so I use the money I have saved up from selling bits and bobs on ebay :T

I probally have a code link but I dont think its allowed as its probally classed as a referal link.

    Afternoon all

Well i'm back from Penzance already. Dress fitting went well. Got to go back in 8 weeks.

Hope everyone is having a lovely day.

Purdita- There was a working scanner at R'borough last night :j

Where is it... bakery aisle? and is it worth a trip bearing in mind it's a 50 mile round journey for me?
Wish they'd get the one fixed at L££ M1ll

I'm debating whether to go to Trout Training Camp(N£wton A88ot) tonight or tomorrow afternoon. I need to collect my duvet order, but as that's a 25 mile trip I like to tie it in with whoopsie shopping.
Recently they have been awful there on weekday evenings...wondered if Saturday nights are any good????...and if so what time to go or should I leave it until tomorrow?
    Any advice anyone....??
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

    Back from T's and got......

    NOTHING!

Usual shopping but no 1p choccies or good DTD's Found literally hundreds of Duracell Clipstrips but no mention of BOGOF at all! :(

This store is always on the ball and even found those cupcakes napkins-said 2010 on them too near the barcode but scanned at £1.50!!!

Found the dry sunscreen scanning at £4.99, clipstrip £1.49, so got excited and ran to put it with the rest of my shopping,
CS-clipstrip read it was for tampons!

What is the price meant to be for these?

An unproductive T's trip and now have a headache!:( I'm going to start planning for OU essay, get some work done and come back here in a much better mood hopefully, to really join in the chatting.:o

Before I go, did notice a DTD on Freezer ice cube bags-SEL 50p, scanning £1, so free, scanned at £1 too but didn't have a use for them so left them.

    See you later everyone!:p
