Hi All
I have just had the best JTD in.
Yesterday I managed to get DTD on some dishwasher tablets. Went through till at £12.98 but should of been £6.49. Refunded DTD no questioned asked. Put receipt in price checked as Mr A's £8.00 so another £4.98 voucher at no cost at all to me:)
Now on the 5:2 diet.
Lost 25 1/2 lbs :j:j:j 33 1/2 lbs to go0 -
Im sorry to post this again, but its still really angered me at the way the CS staff made out it was my fault.
Any advice at all would be most appreciated.
I'm not sure that I'll be much help! There are plenty more savvy than me on here with a much better idea, but I guess they're all in Mr T's at the moment, adding to stashes!!
I would say it depends on how often you phone HO, or get DTD's. If it's a rarity, it'd be worth a call, you might get a gift card. If you phone them more often or get DTD's at the rate of some () then best to stay under the radar. You got your DTD after all, you haven't lost anything. If you feel really aggrieved by the trouts, phone HO. Tell them you were treated apallingly. Is it really your job to make sure they are doing theirs by putting stuff in the right places? Sorry, not really helped at all!
Hopefully someone will be along later with better advice, and you can sort it out.Gwrys yn Kernow! :j0 -
I am really going to got told off for being on here but Mr Lala's nipped out;)google tesco 4p boxers(Images) and look:rotfl::rotfl:

Was skim reading whilst trying to catch up and was like  when I spotted my OH's backside!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:No Blondy is taking a break from Mr T's, the phrase "doing a Celebrate" springs to mind. I'm still in touch with her but she's avoiding mse at the moment too
Sorry to hear that, hopes she's ok. Do you happen to know if she's still taking donations for the orphanage? Got another small package I could stick in the post
Evening all
Lovin' 1p Wednesday. Just hoping it spills over to 1p Thursday as I've not been able to get to T's for a few days now....those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

It's only a little bottle though.
They've had it in my store for about a week.0 -
Morning all, new deal for you all, not T's but if you take any pair of old shoes into Brantano in ANY condition, they will give you £10 off a £40 transaction.
I've just been in and had two pairs of trainers put aside totalling £44 and have popped home to find an old pair of pumps or something to get my £10 off.
I think it's a great deal, I think also you can do this more than once but you can only use one £10 coupon per transaction so if you have lots of kids to kit out or something, you need to make sure to split the transactions, I don't think that'll be a problem for you lot though :rotfl:
I chucked some out yesterday I'd stood in doggy-doo in!!! And it was bin day today !!! Mind you, might test their "in any condition" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Happy, I'm sensing an opportunity for you :THope is not a strategy.0 -

Glad I'm not the only one this evening:(. After my success this morning in pastures new, I thought I'd risk a hobble around my local extra for some of the newer 1p finds but there's nothing to be found in St+ckt+n Extra(as usual:() I think it's about time the current manager moved on to sort out some of the shocking stock control and pricing issues elswhere in the country.:rotfl:Oh well tomorrows another day:)
Belated thanks to Smart1e for the Ebay heads up. I've got a string winder on the way:)Awaiting a new sig0 -

Advice? This pic should give you a few ideas. I took it the other week in my local Extra..........the fellah on the right was trying to dodge the other bargain hunter to get that nice beef joint he has tucked under his arm to the checkout.0 -

Try looking around the same aisle but it wasn't right next to the other lenor or comfort, it was kind of on it's own with other washing up stuff though, we nearly missed it in 2 storesGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

Hello!
I had the exact same problem a few weeks ago but it was with the frozen chicken breasts. Seems staff had put the wrong on in the freezer section which had halfprice plastered all over it. Got charged £5.99, went to CS and explained, she checked, manager came and said since they were put there by tesco staff they will honour it and refund me the difference. The staff member (once sort of accused me of putting a sticker over a barcode - this was before i even knew tesco put stickers over them! - on a Ben 10 toy of all things) just gave me DTD without batting an eyelid... I think she just knows I'd stand my ground as that other time i went balistic and security was called and major complaints raised. I think tesco really don't like me quite honestly! lol
But back to you, i'd contact head office, but it depends on how long ago this happened, if you have receipt and so on.. I'd complain about how the staff made me feel stupid going on about west country chickens and that i'm not a member of staff or an expert on chickens ect or to that effect!!
Hope you get somewhere!! x
Thnaks for your advice, I will contact HO, it happened this morning and I have the receipts. Its been on my mind all day, more because of the fact she made me feel so stupid. Thanks
Podikaki, thank you for your advice too. I have had DTD twice, but not today-she just gave me the difference. I have only contacted head office once, about some OOD bread they sold me. I didnt get anywhere though! Think I will contact HO, will let you know how I get on.0
