Possible DTD on a OOD SEL (loving the lingo.. am easily pleased).

There were OOD SEL's on the B1G2F easter eggs, so I got 3 eggs for £2 instead of £3 which they are today or £2.50 which they were yesterday. Might be worth looking out for. Also tried one of the half price eggs which was £3 down from £6 with a SEL that expired yesterday, but it went through at £3.00.

Im sorry to post this again, but its still really angered me at the way the CS staff made out it was my fault.

Any advice at all would be most appreciated.

    Hello!

I had the exact same problem a few weeks ago but it was with the frozen chicken breasts. Seems staff had put the wrong on in the freezer section which had halfprice plastered all over it. Got charged £5.99, went to CS and explained, she checked, manager came and said since they were put there by tesco staff they will honour it and refund me the difference. The staff member (once sort of accused me of putting a sticker over a barcode - this was before i even knew tesco put stickers over them! - on a Ben 10 toy of all things) just gave me DTD without batting an eyelid... I think she just knows I'd stand my ground as that other time i went balistic and security was called and major complaints raised. I think tesco really don't like me quite honestly! lol

But back to you, i'd contact head office, but it depends on how long ago this happened, if you have receipt and so on.. I'd complain about how the staff made me feel stupid going on about west country chickens and that i'm not a member of staff or an expert on chickens ect or to that effect!!

    Hope you get somewhere!! x
