Good evening! Have been lurking the past couple of days with interest. What a fabulous and friendly thread you have here - mind if I join you? Can't guarantee that I will always manage to keep up, mind!
Am new to all of this but enjoying myself hugely. I have always favoured T's for shopping but now it has become a bit of an addiction. Went last night with SSM vouchers for Fairy Liquid (9 free) and was absolutely buzzing - my first freebie. Can't wait for my next now!
Been doing a little MS dot com snooping and have seen that the Campbells soups (concentrated) are 2 for £1 at A's so would be a good one for the JTD at T's where they are 95p each - good if you are trying to get conditional spend vouchers used
Does anyone know how the till decides who to give £6 off £40 or whatever? I didn't get any till spits yesterday but did the shop before for £1.50 off Underjams............:o0 -
i'm super tired so if i mumble apologies in advance:(
right i was sat twiddling my thumbs all morning ..........nothing happening
go off to do a bit of work and glitches left right and centre:mad::mad::A:rotfl:
taken me an hour to cacth up on one afternoon's posts and i've still only skim read grrr!
just tried the ebay code panicking thinking i'd missed out, it worked:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T i bought some cellophane wrap for £5.10 and paid 10p:j:j:j
texted sis who has bought a makeup brush with the code and asked me to pass on her thanks too xxxx
got my sanctuary order through, 6 gift sets, had a quick look but am soooo tired just flopped into bed will check them properly in the morning but all 6 free gifts with 6 facial things total £10.20 paid
:T:T:T:T:T
got one lonely box of galaxy promises, loads of the quality street with yellow stickers on:mad::mad::mad::mad:
anyway double trouting today-one for my sis and one for me
my super shy meek, non MSE savvy lurking sis shocked the life out of me by cheekily going back to the store i got my duracell from and getting another 20 :eek::eek::eek::eek:
she had loads of SSM coupons-thanks to you lot but went a bit overboard and spent £170, paid £130 got DTD £88
trout apparently said theres a limit you can buy-that's 10 so you can have dtd on 10 and i'll resell you 10:eek::eek::eek::mad::mad:
sis stood her ground and asked for manager who said the same, she said so if i ring head office will they say the same? yes was the reply, so my sis said can i use your phone lol? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
she rang HO from their phone and explained the "deal" they had offered her, of course they asked to spk with the manager and put him right. My sis says he had to go off and compose himself before coming when when he admitted "yes it's our mistake we'll do DTD this once" apparently the same batteries that were 4.99 before went through at 4.48 today so she got about £88 back.
Before anyone has a go, my sis NEVER does DTD, oh she did once I was with her and kind of coerced her but other than that she is a total chicken when it comes to T's, also she looks like me as well so has been trouted for no reason at all mistakenly on normal tills with normal shopping:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
2nd trouting was me, had to nip into T's for an item for work took kids on way home from after school club, kids went crazy picking up stuff, saw some ambipur revolution with OOd sel, got a couple used a few lenor and oral b coupons, SA couldn't scan them and got into a tizz, had to call several managers , i was sooo embarrassed, then we set the alarms off on the way out, then we had to come back in for the DTd, manager was at the desk anyway and came back from sel saying i had picked the 2 wrong ones they weren't £4.5, the £4.50 ones were out of stock LIAR!!!!!! i know i piked up the right ones, by this time all the kids had had enough (i was working late as well and took them to work for an hour poor mites) so i grit my teeth and left with a refund:(:(:(
celebrates sis 1 celebrate 0
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
ps the prescription issue really winds me up as a doc, the first thing i ask when i issue a script is "do you pay for your prescriptions" i know half the stuff i prescribe is cheaper over the counter, the rest i know people just won't even bother getting dispensed due to the charges, it is absolutely ridiculous and it riles me:mad::mad::mad::mad:
the pct have no power over the decisions, it's parliament who set the law, i suggest people lobby their useless MPs to take it back to the useless government to change their useless laws, rant over
pps whoever asked about the acne treatment, is it scars you want clearing, nothing really on the nhs for that, you may find some microdermabrasion type facials actually flare up acne so be careful, i would consider continuing some sort of topical agent if he only has mild symptoms, the oral antibiotics are more useful when it is in hard to reach places or moderate to severe x
pps roll on the 4p sale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
scuse the long postGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0 -

Hi and welcome! Don't buy any Campbells stuff until you visit the vouchers thread and download the 20p off coupon. I can't give you any more advice at the moment because I am shattered!0 -
