Opinions needed folks on whether you think this is right or wrong?

I was getting some eggs in Tesco the other day, and you know the value eggs that are all different sizes, well, there was a man opening up lots of boxes and taking out all the big eggs and changing them for the small ones that were in the box in his trolley.

I certainly wouldn't have the nerve to do this with people watching, but he didn't seem at all bothered!!

    Hiya peeps

Did a little shop today and found some tesco value mens robes scanning @ £1 !

The reason they are scanning @£1 is that they are the AW10 (Autumn/Winter 2010) stock that has been mentioned before.

All the old stock was mixed up with the new stock (AW11), same robe different price.

    So to summarise :

Tesco value mens robe b/c 5 052319 055153 X/XL £10, reduced to £5 on sticker, scans £1, AW10 below barcode. Also X/XL size marking on hanger is wider font

Tesco value mens robe b/c 5 052319 055092 S/M £10, reduced to £5 on sticker, scans £1, AW10 below barcode. S/M size marking on hanger is wider font.

Tesco value mens robe X/XL AW11 below barcode scans £5. Size marking is thinner font on hanger

Tesco value mens robe S/M AW11 below barcode scans £5. Size marking is thinner font on hanger

    HTH
Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)

A golden receipt is one that you have wombled that a dog has had a pee on because the SA is unlikely to touch it :D

Are you sure it was a dog, madmuppet? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Still laugh whenever I'm in a Tesco car park thinking of you lying on the ground to retrieve a till receipt and fending off wellwishers! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    Hope is not a strategy.

I'm all for money-saving and taking the P out of Ts...but I think this is a bit extreme for me...plus knowing my luck I'd end up dropping the eggs!!! :rotfl: We dont eat a lot of eggs (kids dont like them :( ) but personally I dont find a massive difference in the size .......

and I'll say it before Frequent does :rotfl: 'its not the size that counts, it what you do with it that matters' :rotfl:
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

I saw this several times today at the lower price so I think it has now been reduced.

Quite frankly they deserve to be hit hard by dtd-ers. They keep doubling and halving the price of things - it's ridiculous. Some poor soul will have paid £200 for something that was £100 the week before and the week after. Just so they can advertise something as 'half price'. They seem to gloss over the time when it was actually 'twice price'.

I couldn't agree more - I know some people don't like to deliberately (cough) do a DTD but I bet in most cases where the OOD SEL has been left many, many people have bought that item among other shopping and not noticed the overcharge. By claiming your DTD you are effectively stopping that happening anymore as long as they take the SEL away.

I had 2 recently that were 8 times the sel price  but among other shopping most people probably wouldn't have noticed.

Good news for me though...;););) when I cleared the shelf!:D
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

    And get lots of glitches!

Quick recap on candles :) Glade snow as mentioned £1, Air wick spiced apple78p, Airwick changing colour both mulled wine and orchid ones for £1.50 (and they look amazing when they change colours!) No cheap chocolate for me (maybe that's better) but will definitely have a nice candlelit bath once I've moved. I had to unpack the camera from one of the boxes so hope that helps. Moving tomorrow but that didn't stop me going to T's and buying more stuff!! Oh dear...

Alas the two T's I have visited today neither of them had the lovely Baylis&Harding set, they had other fragrances but they were quite expensive.
