I do. I just printed off a sheet of labels with the competition address on. There's always three compos in the paper, and you fill the answers out on a voucher, which has to be posted in - there's no postcard entry. So I just whip an envelope out the drawer, stick the label and stamp on, pop the answers in and off it goes.

My grandpa used to enter the local paper compos all the time, and he won buckets of stuff - holidays, bathroom sets, a year's supply of chocolate bars. I intend to follow in his esteemed footsteps!
