I dont see why you cant file a NPB. They want shipment not only abroad which will cost more but also to an unconfirmed paypal address. (sounds like a scam to me) as an international buyer he should not have an account registered in UK. I would want to claim my fees back, i dont see why you should loose out. i wouldnt personally worry about the negative strike either as one or two dont tend to put off buyers it the constant negatives with the same or similar remarks that put me off."Save the cheerleader - Save the world"0
