Links to popular destinations - sticky?

Posting a bit on this thread I've noticed there seems to be a regular cycle of people asking about the same destinations, is it not worth starting a thread that could become a sticky that links to useful discussions?

What do people think? Just makes it easier for inexperienced posters and avoids a lot of duplication. Not sure who the board guide is here, but might be worth raising with them. I've noticed Barcelona and Rome seem to get a lot of requests as does New York.

Good idea in theory, but unfortunatley a lot of people seem to ignore the stickys and post the questions without doing a search on the topic first. Plus Martin doesn't want lots of stickys at the top of each board.
