    there will always be difference in paint shade there will always be difference in paint shade, most of the car has uv fade anyway fresh paint stands out,

    Only if the person doing it is crap. My wife had the front end of her 17 year old FTO painted last year. Its metallic silver. You can't tell its been done as it has been blended into the doors that well.

    Have you asked ChipsAway for a quote? There are simular companies to them, but they do a very good job.

    I have used them several times, can't fault them, mind you it was to repair small scratches and not a whole wing!:cool:

    I had a ford focus (8 years old) done for £250 whole new wing/respray and that was cheap friend of a friend in motoring trade. I then had similar job done on insurance as some fool drove in to my parked car plus door trim £650 vat was 17.5% insurance job this inc 3 days car from insurance.


    If you get a whole repair panel it wont be cheap likewise might be worth getting chipsaway or a one man band business who can do small jobs
