Nationwide Smart Junior ISA

Options
Hi,

I recently opened a Nationwide Smart Junior ISA 's for which I promptly received Passbooks, I also have a Mortgage account with Nationwide which I can view online.

I just want to confirm if its possible to link the junior ISA's to my existing customer number as I am the registered contact for the Junior ISA.

Has anyone managed to do this? Please let me know how can this be done if so.

thanks

  • Problem solved, I called up Customer service on the day I posted this and was straight away told that I had to register the Junior ISA separately on its own, since I had two accounts that meant more logins & passwords to remember.

I thought since I am the registered contact it must be possible to combine and view these online, so again called customer service and this time spoke to a nice lady who understood my requirement and then took all the details and then called me back to say all sorted and in 5 working days you must be able to view these accounts online against your customer number...

I confirm that I can see it all online now, it was worth calling back a second time!!
