    As I said in post #1, I wanted to discuss why RBS will not let me open a new business account.

    You need to ask them to follow the insistent switcher process, I'm assuming you're with direct business banking from a previous post, you will need to open a branch bases business account

    I have pretty much done all I can?

    I contacted RBS as soon as I was advised that my account was being transferred. I have contacted my "old" relationship manager and business manager at Queens Cross branch many times by phone, letter and online. How more insistent can I be?

    I have written a complaint by snail mail to the customer relations manager @ head office in Edinburgh, hopefully I will get a response.

    Seven days since I wrote my letter of complaint to RBS and no reply. :(
