grrr. my post didn't post.
Spent £50.38 but that included lots of nappies and baby milk so feel quite happy about that. Also £20 in fuel, but that's only £40 for the month and that's half the budgeted amount so that's great.
Other than that nothing...although forgot to send some ebay parcels, so will have to get OH to do that tomorrow as am working.
Hoping for a nsd tomorrow and will take packed lunch into work.

Hello all,
Today has been a NSD

Forgive me, Moozie, for I have sinned

For no other reason than I couldn't be bothered to cook myself and DS had our tea in MOrrison's cafe tonight! £10.44 on two meals, cakes and drinks. It wouldn't even be so bad if we didn't have three days out planned after today which will work out expensive

Hi all, I spent £15 on petrol, but that is from a different budget. I spent £14.50, this was on some shopping at the co-op and my son had football training tonight. x0

I've spent 3.12 today on dinner for myself and DH. I was going to cook risoto which we had all the ingrediants for but on the way home DH informed me the kitchen was a bomb site and really dusty as he'd sanded all the walls so we can paint them. So I decided that I didn't want dusty rissoto so popped into Somerfield on the way home and bought a half price steak pie and chips which can just go in the oven.
Never mind - it's better than a take away!0 -
Evening all
Another NSD for me today :j
Moozie - re. the sat-nav - does OH need it for his job? I ask because my DH does and he tried a couple of the "cheaper" ones but found they weren't very reliable, so we ended up buying a Tom-Tom 500 at Argos for £299 (buy now pay in 6 months - time to save up). He says it is FANTASTIC, detects speed cameras, petrol stations and is very accurate in its directions.DMP starts June 2012, £38,180.
Balance June 2015 £26,046 (paid off 32%)

So far today I've spent nothing
!
I was so tempted this morning to go and have a look around town, to see if there was any "bargains" to be had.
But in the end I though I'd better get on with some housework and help my Mum out, got me in her good books and makes my bank account a little healthier.
I actually made a profit of £4 as I rang to cancel my New Look Store card, and I was £4 in credit - so I got that refunded
I'm curious to know what NSD stands for, is it No Spend Day?Lightbulb Moment: Feb 2007

A very good day for me money wise. I had my eye test today and, not only did I not need new glasses, apparently my eye sight has improved so much since my last test that I now do not need glasses at all!!!!
I personally have never heard of this happening, so I even went for a second opinion before I dared reverse the car out of the car park without my specs, but it is true, I am officially glasses free!!!!
So I saved LOADS today. I shall now treat myself to a trendy non-prescription pair of sunglasses!!!That's Numberwang!0 -

A NSD for me too.
Really pleased. It is payday on Monday though. A welcome relief!!
I don't think I will manage a NSD tomorrow. I saw a pair of sparkly red shoes in the sale - £10 - they have my name all over them ;-)0
