How much have/will you spend today Wednesday 21/2?

Well, I've been ummmming and urrrrrring about starting the thread now or in the morning. Decided to start it now :p

Good morning lovely DFWs :)

I am not sleepy and I am itching to spend money it seems. It's OH's birthday soon and I want to get him a sat nav. Been doing my research and the more I look, the more the prices go up  :rotfl:

If I buy it now, it will ruin my weekly challenge so hoping posting this thread will help ;) Saturday is not that far away after all eh....

Anyway, apart from the possibility of the little sat nav  I will be spending some money on lunch later. Meeting a colleague for a catch up. Not sure how much but it has to be less than £11 odd :p otherwise the challenged is screwed!

Have a good day all and keep it low!

Moozie x

    wow you were up late!

I will spend today, back to college after half term and I didn't go to the pub after class the week before so plenty to catch up on..... will be less than £10 though.

    Hia all

Hope you're feeling bit better today Moozie. Are there no sales for the sat nav?

Today I am going to tesco but just looked at the calender and realised only one week til payday - phew! First month of full CCCS budget so about £55 left for food and I need nappies, baby milk and wipes, but not much food really. Also have about £8 in vouchers to use today too. So shouldn't be too bad. Wanting to spend about £40. Had 2 NSDs so feeling pretty good :)

Hope everyone has a good day. (I cried already this morning as OH dropped DD off at nursery school to then ring me and say - is it non-uniform day today? I'd forgot and she's in her uniform. Does becoming a parent just make you completely soft or something??!!Hope work is nice to me :) ).

  • Hi

Bear with me - I'm new to this board. I am currently on Day 10 of the fly lady style DFW challenge. I have not posted my daily spend on here yet - feel a bit intimidated by you guys, you're all expert low spenders and I'm still a fly baby! However, I promised myself that as of Monday 19th I would post on this thread to keep track of my spending, but have only just got to a comp. So I'm going to post Monday and Tuesday's spend too...

Monday I spent 36.51 - 6.51 on posting ebay parcels and 30.00 on a meal out for me and DH (first time we've been for a meal out in ages - not a regular thing!).

Tuesday I spent 36.43 - 30.01 on work lunch which I will be claiming back on my expenses and 6.42 on food shopping.

Today I'm planning on spending an unknown amount on posting 2 ebay parcels. I'm hoping not to be spending anymore.
