Hi
I am going to New Zealand next month and have a Halifax Clarity Card which allows charge-free foreign transactions.
However I want to get some NZ Dollars before I go so if I use this credit card to do so in the UK am I exempt from the bureau de change fees that banks impose?
Thanks
Nick

No.
Your purchase costs and fees will be in GBP so not influenced by the no foreign currency transaction fee rule.0
