If I buy a Clarins Cleanser/Toner Duo for £15.30, when I have one set in use, and one Sanctuary Hot Cloth Cleanser - but no toner - in stash, will I have to do time on the naughty step? My logic is that the Clarins toner alone is usuall £17. Help please!

I would say that was just buying the Toner on offer and getting the cleanser for free.

I have another freebie in Nivea Visage Q10 plus Anti-Wrinkle Pore Refining Day Cream 1.5ml sachet from Glamour mag.

I personally found it really drying :( it caused my skin to peel off

I would email Lush, their customer service is really good, and they are always very nice when I've had a problem and replace it for free:j

I think you would be showing the spirit of :money: ;)

However, I am not sure that I can use that logic to enable me to purchase Saturday's Gatineau TSV, even though an e-mail in my in box gives me the opportunity to purchase NOW and with 3 easy pays. The 15ml of the eye cream is listed at £46.50 and the one in this set is 30ml. I am definitely more wrinkly since I stopped using it so that I could use up small sizes of other stuff. I need to be frugal so that I can pay for more diesel, so we can have more jaunts in our home on wheels. But.....

OT - long queues for fuel in our little town, but seemingly no probs at 4 garages I passed on my 20 mile jaunt to the garden centre - is there a "I must stop spending money on plants" thread?

March has been a naughty month for makeup purchases! 3 INs as a result of Boots 3 for 2 and finally tracking down Revlon lip butters.

Revlon lip butters in Candy Apple and Raspberry pie
    Maybelline Dream Matte powder

I also bought some Real Techniques brushes but I don't think they count as I don't really "use up" brushes!

Sore throat has got a lot worse and my tonsils are covered in white spots, so a trip to the doctors tomorrow, I think.

I have an IN to declare, I bought the Bare Minerals tsv as I have wanted to try the foundation for a while.

    I also have a few UU's

Philosophy gingerbreadman shower gel - WNBA I didn't really like the fragrance as it was very sweet.

LE energising body wash - WNBA it was ok but I have used nicer shower gels.

FE 3 day straight - WBA although I do have 3 others in my stash to use first

Clarins pure melt cleanser - WBA if it was on special offer but maybe not worth full price

I've tried the Philosophy and LE shower gels you mention and I WNBA again either. Agree with you wholeheartedly on both your comments.

Does FE stand for Frizz Ease? I'm gonna be looking for a new straightening serum when mine runs out (can't buy it in the UK). Has anyone tried the Percy & Reed Hair Polish freebie? I have this to open next but I know the reviews of the other products have not been too favourable.

VALM - I'm a big LG fan too - can't get thro the day without my B&B. Just so frustrating that Q always tend to bo OOS of the 'fair' option. Have bought it on AD in the past, but they don't tend to offer that too often. Also drives me mad that they sell you a brush with it every time. I end up with several unused brushes in the draw. Rant over:D

I love Smashbox too - always bring a box full back home with me after my trips to the US. I'm quite glad that it's not on the high street, otherwise I could be in big trouble!!

I have bought a few Mally products in the past - quite good, but nothing too special. Or maybe I just have so much suff that I haven't given them a true 'roadtest'. The primer was pretty rubbish, much prefer LG or smashbox for that.

So far so good. It was on first thing this morning, but Kathy was presenting - turned it off quick sharp, the sound of her voise irritates me no end. I have lots of 'computer' stuff to do today, so turning off the laptop and going upstairs to the 'big one', no TV, just the radio. Should be safe locked in the office for the morning.

On the plus side - I had three UU this am. My ABC shower gel came to an end - but was soon replaced by three more bottles! (I decant three regular size bottles into a 1l bottle to keep in the shower!)

Will be adding £3 to my pot for the UU this am and £10 for the fact that I did not buy the nails inc TSV and for the new CID TSV that I WILL NOT buy! All that cash is adding up for Vegas:T:T:T

I do usually get my BnB in a TSV so have only ever owned one of the brushes but I didn't use that. Much prefer the kabuki brush I got from Boots. Last time I bought it on auto delivery so never ran out. Am now on my one and only pot though.

My daughter Emma got a fab Smashbox kit when we were last in the US from Ulta. Was similar in value to a TSV in that she was only paying for 1½ products and they were all full sizes.

I didn't even see the CID shows. I also forgot about the OPI shows on Monday -must be sickening for something! Did manage to record one of the shows on the Sky Beauty Hour so will have to catch up on that.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
