SuiDreams - Hello! I know that the sample looks tiny but I think it's actually 1/6th of full size (5ml/30ml). I found that a little goes a long way. I'm not sure that it's right for my skin though but as the full size is £32 I don't really mind
(Edit to add - I've just worked out that that teeny sample would cost £5.33!)0 -
Hello everyone!
I'm in again for March. Thanks Itzybitzy for starting the thread.
I begin the month with a UU - Johnsons Shower Gel for dry skin. It was OK, probably won't buy again after this challenge, will be sticking with Liz Earle or Goodworks once the stash is gone. In the mean time I will start a S&G Clean on Me, which will be a LHJ I'm sure!
Good luck everyone xxxAll you need is less0 -
Thank you willowbee
I tried the foundation brush and foundation does go on better with this so will definitely use from now on. Off out shortly have a lovely night everyone.0 -
February has got off to a quick start, first IN of Clinique Moisture Surge from this month's Cosmo, was really pleased as this was the only one they had in the shop, most of the others were mascaras which I really don't need! :j Also first UU, small 50ml S&G Righteous Butter, more in the stash WBA in theory as is fine and nothing offends me about it but I don't love it enough to make it a HG so once the stash is gone (and god knows body lotion is my worst problem in terms of quantity) I doubt I'd buy it again as I want something really nice!
Opened my first sachet of Garnier BB cream this morning, was a bit worried the pale would be too pasty but its actually quite a medium shade. Initial thoughts were that its just a glorified tinted moisturiser but its grown on me, my skin feels very soft today and my makeup glided on nicely over the top. Came with a £1 off voucher too so may be tempted. Will work my way through the three sachets first which each have a couple of uses in them then see what my overall verdict is.
Rosemary I've probably missed you by now but have a lovely holiday, I'm glad your DH made it back in time! :T0 -
I have given in to temptation and bought 3 Cosmos getting three of the Clinique moisture surges. I wouldn't have known about this freebie without this thread. It is an incredible deal but three ins to report and it is only the first of the month. Still, it will save me money later .......won't it?0

I'm in again for March, still on the straight and narrow. have one sputterer at the moment and probably a couple of UUs before the month is out. The stash is shrinking.0

Im in again this month. Will try to be good but off to Iceland tomorrow then Madrid next week so I will prob buy Cosmo or something at the airport to read and might get some erm freebies...Debt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
Hi thanks for the thread - please count me in for March.
2 more UUs to report - Sanex 0% shower gel - will defo buy again once shower gel stash is finished as it's only £1 and my skin (very sensitive) likes it; and Garnier Toner for Dry Skin - would buy again but I couldn't find any on offer today so ended up with L'Oreal Triple Active one for sensitive skin (2 for £5 in Superd**g). Don't feel guilty as I needed toner and may as well buy the 2 to get the offer. Then saw 2 for £5 L'Oreal gentle eye make up remover and as I know mine will run out fairly soon with no more in my stash I got those too. So 4 Ins to report - my first since January thoughand those were necessary - hooray I'm learning!!

Ins 4 x Glamour Percy & Reed got one of each.
UU Priori Barrier repair WNBA I don't think this did anything special and was overpriced for what it was. Priori stuff also has a musty smell to it I think which also puts me off. There are other AHA products which are cheaper that I would like to try.0 -
Rosemary - I'm so glad that all the flights worked out for you. I hope that you have a lovely holiday
Seaside Dreamer - Iceland and Madrid? Lucky you! I hope that you have a wonderful time
No ins today but that is only because I'm stuck at home. If I was out and about then I suspect I'd cave and buy the mag that has the Neal's Yard freebie. I'm sure it'll sell out really quickly and then I'll be safe :rotfl:(I'd also be tempted by the Moisture Surge and the hair mask/treatment but I rarely get round to using special hair treatments and I already have a pot of Moisture Surge so it's just the wish for ***bargains*** talking...It's such great value! :rotfl:)0
