No buying unnecessary toiletries in March - Challenge

By the way, if anyone is thinking that i am obsessed with the body shop, i can tell you that i definately am.
My current goal is trying to get all the colours in the mini body butter pots. Why? Just coz i think they are cute and ardorable.
So far i have red (strawberry) and yellow (lemon).
Would like: orange, green, blue (dont think they have one in this colour any more), brown and white.0 -

I'm not that fussed on TBS but I had a huge splurge in the sales and I've been keeping my empty body butter pots for the same reason, I'm planning to keep little sewing bits in them. I have a large brown a small pink and a smaller green with a clear lid from the mini hair butter

LOL, glad i'm not the only crazy one here. Not even a lotion/butter kind of person but brought one and though ' how cute, must get some more'. Given the lemon one to my mum to use and the strawberry one is at work for them days when i look at my elbows and think 'elephant skin' and have to moisturise.0 -
UU's
* Schwarzkoph gliss hair repair conditioner - Very good conditioner for only £1
* Jouer moisture tint (pearl) - I didn't like the hue of this, the golden was much better, but overall a great tinted moisturizer.
I'm not sure if I'll ever buy the full size.No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries Challenge

Couple of UUs to report
S&G clean day hand wash - this was part of a Christmas gift set, not seen it in the shops normally. What can I say? It's hand wash. Did the job fine.
Ojon revitalising mist - I loved this product, great heat protector spray/detangler, but now that I'm using my HG shampoo and conditioner, I really don't think I'll need it again. Hair is in great condition just using liz Earle shampoo and conditioner.
Have a great week everybody...where did the weekend go?All you need is less0 -
I'm in again for March. Already have a few UU to report -
Anatomicals Help the Paw hand cream - hated this stuff! Didn't sink in and made my hands all funny!
Avene Soapless Gel Cleanser - WBA, it's my HG face wash!
Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream - WBA, again this is probably my HG foundation-type product. Now need to wait 2 weeks for the new one to get here!
And a few IN's to report (my first of the year I should add!)
- Avene Soapless Gel Cleanser
- Avene Cleanance Toner
- Avene Cleanance Lotion
- Avene Cleanance K
- Avene Thermal Water 100ml
- Avene Thermal Water 300ml
- Lush Helping Hands hand cream
- Lush Hu sun wen hua hair mask
- Lush Hair Doctor
So just some essentials (and I took advantage of the 3for2 on skin care in boots to stock up because all my face stuff is spluttering!)Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
Saying all that - i now use Boots Botanics Cleanising Balm.
It doesn't feel quite as luxurios to use (and the cloth it comes with is pants) but the result is pretty much the same on my skin. It removes all make up (inc eye make up) and leaves my skin soft and clean an not at all dry.
It shows out of stock online atm but i normally always manage to get it instore. If i wait until its on 3-4-2 which is often it works out at less than a fiver for a pot which is a damn sight cheaper than EH.
Also for some reason online it says its a 15g pot - it isn't its 70g[/QUOTE]
This really is my HG cleanser. I prefer it to Eve Lom Cleanser which is just as well as its a good £65 pounds cheaper.
But I am really tempted to try the Cleansing melt by no 7 in their new range. I think it would work out to £4 with the £5 off voucher.
Has anyone else tried this yet?0 -
I joimed quidco in January and have £100 in cashback waiting to come to me. This includes £50 from booking my Haven Holiday with the boys through them. Really simple to use and worth if you buy ANYTHING online0

I've also got to declare a couple of Ins
TopShop under eye concealer. Really fantastic for about £7 I also love their tinted moisturiser which is about £10.
Also a lipstick called Mischief which is a lovely shade of red and was £8.
The thing is i already had similar products in the stash but I weakened.
Off to the naughty step...............0 -
Ooh and one u/u Tigi mega absorbing hair conditioner
wnba nothing special, the cheapest I've seen Tigi stuff is for about £4.99 and I have since
found better things in the 99p stores and poundland.
