I have a UU and quite a few INs to report :o

    UU

Lush let them eat cake lip balm: This was a LHJ. WNBA as there are better lip balms out there. Started with a Lush Ultrabalm now which is the last lip balm in the stash :j

    INs

2 Clinique Moisture Surge with Cosmo - May give one of them to mum. Shame it doesn't have SPF

Percy and Reed hair mask with Glamour - Will use it before going on holiday
Rimmel: Matt Top Coat - Love it :j
Aldi Wrinkle stop - Good reviews , hopefully it will work on my wrinkles

Aldi Wrinkle filler with collagen: Ditto above

Aldi Hand cream: Will take it on holiday and then use it in the kitchen

VO5 Give me Moisture conditioner: I bought Sainsburys Basics conditioner last week as I was out of all conditioner and a friend found this alright. But I totally hate it. It's difficult to apply as it's very runny. It doesn't condition what so ever and my hair felt all tangly and dry after using it. So I have invested in a VO5 Give me Moisture conditioner. It's a new product launched. Hopefully it will be good for my hair.

Will post my updated stash in another post

I've been a little naughty. On Tuesday I bought an Avene cleanser. TBF its been great for my skin :)

Thanks to buyapowa.com I managed to purchase 2 lipsticks. Estee Lauder Crystal Baby and YSL Lingerie Pink. I have wanted both for ages and i got both for under £30 which isnt too bad. I have a college interveiw for a Law course soon so my excuse us that they will make me feel polished haha.

I did manage to finish a vaseline cocoa butter. WBA, quite nice.

    Another UU: Mitchum deoderant.

WIBA? Yes: very effective in serious heat, but would prefer something a bit more organic.

Also, ladies, for whatever reason I had a problem finding the new thread despite searching for it. Could some nice person not post a link to next month's thread at the end of this to make it easier for us all? Just a thought...:) (I'm happy to do it myself, but might not be able to do it every month.)

My first UU for March - a Lush fizzy, mini-bath bomb thing from the US, a Christmas gift from a cousin. I suspect it was a re-gift or a GWP or a split of something--and actually, I'm mighty pleased if so. My cousin and his girlfriend are 3 years out of university and under-employed.

The economy in the US is like here in the UK--it's not so great for new graduates, even thought they're smart, hard-working, and all that good stuff. Previously I've told them to save their money, to put it toward their student loans, and it appears that they are doing so, based on what was under the tree in December for everyone. So pleased that they are working hard and doing their best.

WIBA? No. This is the second Lush fizzy thing I've had. It's a good product, I'm just more of a Radox bubble bath sort of person. My last Lush product I left way too long in the stash and it left a bit of a sandy residue in the tub (which I actually took as a good thing, that it's not pure chemicals, lasting forever). However, thought it best to use this one up sooner rather than later, and while pleasant enough, it's just not to my personal liking.

Hope everyone is enjoying a good weekend!

Hey everyone. I had my medical equipment delivered by Medequip today (well, technically yesterday but I haven't been to sleep yet. :p). I'm going to try and have a shower whilst sitting on my new bath board tomorrow if I have the energy.

DH has got band practice so he will be out for the afternoon and some of the evening. Just hope I don't need his help with anything whilst he's out.:o I love that he has a band though. It gives him some independence and a break from caring for me, which I think is something that he definitely needs. He's my full-time carer so I think he deserves a break every so often. The psych place I go to keeps offering him a carers assessment (he's my carer for my mental health problems and the M.E) but he keeps refusing, which is fair enough. He says that he refuses because he doesn't need help and is happy doing what he's doing. They even tried to tempt him with a free holiday and he wasn't having any of it.

Anyway, what I was going to say before I went off on a tangent is that hopefully I will have some UUs tomorrow (well, technically today).

    I'm in again for March:j

    1 in:

garnier 2 in 1 makeup remover- my current bottle is almost finished and this was half price in tesco

saw cosmo with the moisture surge. Picked it up, then put it down again. I have a feeling I might still be tempted...

I'm getting to the end of my eye make up remover as well. How does this one compare to the L'Oreal one, anyone?

Was in Sainsbury's last night and scoured the place for Cosmo. All their copies only had lipglosses and mascaras attached to them. Was looking for the scrub. Am going into Boots later for some Batiste so will have a look there.

1 UU Liz Earle Smoothing Line Serum. WNBA made my skin feel sticky. Much prefer the Aldi serums, prefer the price too :-)

I found that too. I really like the TBS Naturlift one.

    Thank you Willowbee :j

The last time I watched QVC (about a year and a bit ago, I am a reformed QVCaholic) they said these soaps were not being made anymore.

I will wait until I see a L'Occitane outlet that sells these before I buy again though, the website P&P is too high for my budget!

I think this is just a QVC ploy to get folks to "jump to the phones". I think this statement usually applies to the QVC stocks rather than L'Occitane's discontinuation of a product.

No more UUs for me - all happened earlier in the week at end of Feb.

Have repainted my nails and am wearing $OPI Evey on the Eye. Quite like purples now.

Don't know if anyone has seen the new LE offer this month - buy the three essentials for £41.00 and get free Superskin body lotion plus free p&p. Am annoyed with myself for buying the C&P and ISBT from QVC now as I'd love to try this body lotion but then I think about all the lotions already in my stash!

No great plans for the weekend. Anyone doing anything exciting?

That's great that it's all been delivered!! A band sounds like a great way to relax (although I'd probably drive everybody deaf if I tried!!) & he sounds lovely :) What are your plans for today while he's out? I loved seeing your stash. Actually I love everybody's stash lists & pictures :)

I personally find the Garnier one better than the L'Oreal one, and more effective at removing waterproof makeup without scrubbing my eyelashes off  I would say it's my inexpensive HG & my expensive one is the Clinique Lids, Lips & Lashes. HTH
ETA: I just remembered there's a couple of Garnier ones, I mean this one.

Nothing exciting my side either :( Painting my nails with one of my new GOSH ones when I get in from work I think. This evening going to dinner for a friend's birthday at a Turkish Restaurant off Oxford Street. Other than that I'll probably continue with listing my stash, though I do need to go & get my threading done at some point.... Ow!
