It appears that the statstics show the complete opposite.

What time period do these figures cover?

I can't believe I'm going to praise an Energy company but I actually love EDF on service. I switched from them to Scottish Power last year for a cheaper tariff and it was awful - switched back ASAP once prices were hiked and would think very carefully now about switching away (assuming they remain competitive obviously).

I always get through fast to someone helpful. That said I've never had any major issues so can't comment on how they'd handle that, and they do have an annoying habit of lowering my DD amount without my permission so I have to make them put it back again everytime.

Is that what makes you love them so much? :o

October to December 2011 but there are comparative figures by quarter.

That explains why they try to increase my DD at every bill - the EDF Sinclair Spectrum is programmed to keep the income stream in balance - 1 up ,1 down:rotfl:

Well, if a polite person answering the phone immediately makes them the best of all providers to deal with, then you are clearly satisfied.
Having to phone them EVERY time I give a reading, or they read my meter, to get my DD amount put back to what it was rather than the unexplained adjusted (always up in my experience) one they have said they'll collect, is irritating to the point where I don't use their online system any more.
Unless things improve for me, I'm leaving them at the end of my current tariff.
