Unfortunately the statistics show the dissatisfaction is widespread.
At 188 complaints per 100,000 customers they are over four times worse than SSE. Lets be fair though they were over five times worse last quarter.:rotfl:0 -
How long before Steve Hayfield (EDF C/S Director) trumpets the "improvement" in complaints LOL
Also see that EDF site is down this am - must be more "improvements"!........ He Heee0 -
Oh well, I'm happy enough. Certainly would never go back to SP in a million years.
Sorry for those getting bad service though, vote with your feet! IMO it does count for a lot (within reason... I still want to save £££)0 -
my account though , whilst working - it is though `after a fashion`
im one of those who want seperate bills , so the new system cannot register 2 seperate accouhts under 1 email address , so to use my account for both elec and gas i need to use 2 emails0 -
EDF are the worst. Their billing system is the main problem.0

Remember, they are just the complaints that make it past the supplier. It would be far better to show the number of queries passed into back office operations and the number of pre ombudsman complaints. Then we might be able to judge the service...for all we know some suppliers could priorities anyone about o hit these numbers but they couldn't give a monkeys about the many weeks before and keep you waiting longer.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
