    Kerri,

I think I should have some chocolate for you and you should have a glass of red for me:D

Ohhh, I like that idea, deff mileage in that. Was feeling a bit chuffed with myself today thinking 2 1/2 weeks with no choc, until I realised it's still another month to go

Rising - well done on getting through the scan, you can mark that up as a real achievement x
JCA - so ummm, are you going to see this guy again then? :rotfl: sorry, not funny really but I've heard quite a few amusing date disasters from my friends in the past - incl when my friend got rather drunk on a first date (wine and no dinner), fell down the steps at waterloo station, gashed her knee and then tried to hobble off saying she was fine, all the while with ripped tights, a torn dress hem and blood dribbling down her leg (oh and being merrily drunk to boot)....I don't think she saw the guy again as she was too mortified but can laugh at it at least :D

Well, not a NSD for me - though I did resist the £75 necklace I saw in town :o More reasonable spend was on milk (£1), bread, two bananas (they just ripen so quickly) and some value crumpets (not quite as nice as the more expensive ones I'll admit...but cheap). What a wild spend :o Still, no choc is meaning a reduced number of 'treat' buys atm (excluding the biccies I seem to be using as a substitute)

Currently roasting some veg for dinner - will freeze the ones I don't use for pasta - I sometimes buy the 'ready to roast' veg if they are reduced, and never fail to be disappointed when they are cooked and reduce to near nothing - so I figured, cheaper to do my own...Nigella watch out! :D (and Igor too :rotfl:)

Hi all, very disappointed in having 2 spend days yesterday and today. Went for a new doorbell from Arg0s yesterday so thought I may as well get some shopping done too. Very nearly bought myself a Panasonic BM off fleabay for £60 plus £10 P&P but something didn't feel right. Don't know if I'm an idiot or I've saved my money. It didn't sell and hasn't been re-listed so who knows?
Had to pay £59 at the vets today for my poor Lucy to be diagnosed with dislocating kneecaps. She'll be needing operations on both back legs. So not fair.

Rising, definitely hope you haven't got to go through that again.
JCG, what a lucky escape! Better luck tomorrow.
DonnaDynamo, hope your DM is okay and not in too much pain.
Hugs to you all and whoever else in need of one.

NSD #3 for yesterday please :D

Its been a hard one to attain this week as its been a spendy one. I was determined to get the MSE advertised Thompson and Morgan plants but they were so popular their website kept crashing that I ended up sacrificing a NSD to get them. £100 worth of plants for £15 though :)
