Holding than 1 mini ISA account?

Dear folks,

I'm a little bit confused and similar topics have been discussed. But is one allowed to hold as many mini ISA accounts as long as each new account is opened on a separate tax year? Thanks!

So for example for any given year. One could have multiple mini ISA accounts opened form different years:

ABC Bank: £3000
OPQ Bank: £6000
XYZ Bank: £3000

Would the above example be a violation of ISA ownership policy?
I know nothing

    The short answer is YES.
