Help. CellularZone Have Disappeared.

They are still trading http://cellularzone2.vanillamobile.co.uk/ and clearly have some connection to the CPW.

Hi akr1 , I'm also in exactly the same situation as you with cellularzone , went to send off the first 3 bills to get my cashback, phoned company to double check on posting address and whoosh they have disapeared , phoned 3 , who in my opinon are probably in on this scam as all they kept quoting to me was that i was under contract with them and that i couldnt cancel my contract with them unless i paid x amount , talk about have you by the short and curlys. im furious , i cant afford 45 pounds a month on a phone contract . I have a close contact in Trading standards and berkshire is her area , im going to have a word with her next week and see what she has to say on the situation , i will keep you informed

I have been speaking to my contact in Trading Standards and basically the wonderful Cellular zone have ceased trading and theres not a lot that we can do .
The only thing that she could think of was if we all got in contact with BBC Watchdog , maybe if it got enough media coverage then 3G might be forced into doing something about these expensive unwanted contracts.
