What town do you live in.

I have answered this question a couple of times.

Its not the answer you want, but its an answer all the same.

You're talking gibberish again Graham. I'm not talking about people, like myself, who accept the fact that house prices rise or fall. I'm clearly talking about people who state on here that they WANT house prices to fall. You're right, though they never state that they want THEIR house prices to fall, just other people's! :rotfl:

Which are you Graham? Do you WANT house prices to fall or do you ACCEPT house prices may fall?

Im in the, I want them to fall camp.

To save us from having to trawl through your 1800 posts, please could you remind us?

I just want to know where I can buy the properties you speak of at such low prices.

You'retalking gibberish again Graham, yet somehow managed to prove my point. I'm not talking about people, like myself, who accept the fact that house prices rise or fall. You are putting slants on what was said again. I take it this is going to be the norm?

If I came on here and said "I want the value of MY house to fall" then you would be all over me like a rash.

If I came on here suggesting I want house prices to fall, then that's saying something different. It's saying all houses, and accepting mine will go with it.

I don't want my house to fall while all others stay stagnant. That would be idiotic (hence why i referenced you being all over it like a rash). This forum would be a lot better if we didn't keep having to explain these, quite frankly, stupid things because posters missing geener desperately need something to argue about so create the scenario and then label a poster with their creation.

Are you really so dense that you don't understand what we are talking about? Or are you just trying to muddle up a thread and ruin it? :rotfl:

    What was the answer again?

The same as it was last time.

Do you think my job prospects would go up or down if some weirdo decided to do a bit of digging about what i have said about the construction industry in the past.

There is such a thing as too much information renovation man, from what you have said on this board i could probably find out where you live by tomorrow.

I have no interest whatsoever on where you live by the way, im just trying to point out that we are different, i wouldnt tell most of the people in my town what part of the town i live in, never mind tell people on the internet.

Hang on. You think lower house prices would be great for the country but you're only willing to accept lower house prices if everyone else does too?

Sorry about the geneer comment - another one of your strange bedfellows.

It might be a bull meme.

I miss geneer - he still pops in every now and again to make sure we are all ok. That's not a spurious assertion by the way - I checked his stats.

    Hi geneer:T

Just checked, he logged in tonight at 6.27pm. ;)
If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.
