...or count neutrals as negatives so someone leaving a neutral rating with the comment 'Good' actually reduces your feedback percentage!!

Silver is the same discount as bronze - you don't hit the next level until Gold.

I agree that I may not now go over and above but I will still do as required so in essence very few buyers will notice the difference.

Re Amazon and neutrals - that really p's me off. I've had 3 that left me glowing feedback but a 3* which took down my overall % which is rather frustrating!

In all honesty though I think that Amazons way of working is much fairer - I love the dispatch & estimated delivery timeframe - it's currently allowing me to give eBay priority and still meet my Amazon customers expectations.

I was meaning someone over 15 would be able to accept that it takes a few days for an item to arrive, someone's who 8 might sit under the letterbox every day until their item arrives.
