i went into superdrug this morning 2 assisstants chatted amoung themselves deciding weather to scan the coupon or manually credit the £4.79off then they called the manager who said to credit off the £4.79 she let me use the 2 coupons i had but only by doing 2 seperate transactions they were really pleasent and happy to do this

As the coupon was only on until last night I have popped this to the gone but not forgotten board so people dont try searching for it only to find thats its not there anymore :beer:

so annoyed went to superdrug stood in a queue for half an hour during my lunch break for this with coupon and got to till. The stupid SA refused to take coupon saying, its on offer 'half price' and cant take coupon in conjuction with any other offer and refused, and wouldnt negogiate either.

Our Superdrug Manager refused to accept my voucher because it was already on offer. I called Superdrug customer relations and they told her that she have to honour the voucher. I don't know why she was upset to honour this voucher. It's not coming out from her pocket.

Call Superdrug Customer Relations 0208 6847 000 and make manager to talk to them. They honour mine after i called Customer relations and ask them what is this all about.

so when did you call the customer relations? at the till, did you call them or did the SA call them?

I tried Asda, Poundstretcher and Superdrug in Bolton and none of them would honour the voucher as the item was already discounted, Tried to argue with the manager in poundstretcher as their display doesn't say the item is reduced just says its £4.99 but the manager (who looked about 12) said they were reduced from 6.99 so were discounted. It was a bit of a back and forth saying it doesn't say its discounted but in the end i left with no hand wash

so frustrating as i really wanted one of these.
