i found just press done again and it refreshes
i did find out the i could only get it to work on internet explorer and not firefox or chrome

Was told by a confused sales assistant in Superdrug that since the product was less than the voucher value they wouldn't honour it

That's odd, I once redeemed a coupon for Nivea Visage in there it was on offer for £1.99 and my coupon was for £2 off. Did you query it with the store manager?

I just tried refreshing after the last 2 posts suggested and it worked, even in firefox, so printed quick just in case it does get pulled.
  • I have had no problems printing using Firefox. Big thanks again to the OP, I got mine in Asda. I wouldn't usually buy something like this but hey, it's free soap when all is said and done! Hope those of you having problems printing manage to get them resolved.

Had a busy morning searching asda and pound stretchers had sold out so tried morrisons, wilkinsons and sainsbury which were all selling them around £10 the asda customer services said they get deliveries every day but couldn't tell me if they were getting any of these so I will have to keep popping in and hope they get some more before the £5 offer ends I couldn't find an ending date on the asda shelf label offer any one know?

Hiya, and thanks for posting this great offer.
I had trubble getting the coupon printed too! I took someones advice and installed crome on google and printed the voucher.

I took the voucher into Superdrug this morning and the assistant was happy to show me the Dettol hand wash. She took it to the till for me and put it through. She also said there would be no change as it was a voucher. I got the "Cleansing green tea & ginger" hand wash.
The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)

How do you get 2 coupons? I tried again but it just said 'Printed' so wouldn't let me. I even uninstalled Coupon Printer and used another e-mail address but no joy. :(

Thank got mine today shall print off a second one now.

In answer to the fact superdrug not letting you use the voucher, I found out that they are fine if you pick up a second item to make the value go over £5.
