Bill of Rights 1689. Section 2.12 specifically states “That all Grants and Promises of Fines and Forfeitures of particular persons before Conviction are illegal and void.”.And severall Grants and Promises made of Fines and Forfeitures before any Conviction or Judgement against the Persons upon whome the same were to be levyed. All which are utterly directly contrary to the knowne Lawes and Statutes and Freedome of this Realme. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

thats exactly what did happen ! :rotfl:
Very interesting story to research, very educated bloke, ex army veterinary surgeon, that is what happens when you use the law against "them" they drag you from the court and throw you in a nut house, permanently, luckily he escaped before they could kill him .
No way on earth were they going to allow him, "a surf" to catch them out breaking the laws.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Even IF you 100% correct and you went to the highest court in the land or in Europe, you would still fail.
Ruling in your favour would mean every penalty ever issued would be refundable and councils would suddenly owe billions. It wouldn't happen.0 -
...and they have far more money to bribe the judges than you....0
