Exactly how I said, you said a number of posters is that not pointing fingers?

Sorry didnt know you were a female, I applogise for anything that may have offended you. I presumed (which you should never do) that you where a guy with no back bone in management. i'm sure you tackled it in a positive female way with a satisfactory outcome, hope thats not sexist.

That is amazingly sexist!!! Go read some Caitlan Moran!

No, I think you misunderstood my question.

Consider the following scenario: if you (for instance) described a poster as a t**t on this board, and I then posted to say that was an offensive post, who do you think would be most at fault? You or me?

In your earlier post you stated that both would be equally at fault. If you really do think that, I'd appreciate it if you could let me know why.

No problem you wrote what you classed as abuse and insults and most of it was from one person not a number of posters as you have claimed unless I read it wrong.

But I do think that two wrongs don't make a right and the OP already addressed the person she had an issue with yesterday

To be fair that does sound a sexist, and what do you mean in a positive female way?

Well all the females I know are very tactful and polite after all my mother is a female too. So I guess positive way means the above.
All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

Apart from that do you mean that if the poster was a man you would have stood by what you said about not having backbone ect?

P.S a couple of female managers that I know are not tactful and polite

I think im vindicated as ive said nothing thats abusive or bullying.

OK - thanks for clarifying that one. It's now apparent that you just have different standards of integrity to most of the rest of us on this board. I suppose we shouldn't really judge you for that. :(

And please note that I didn't use the word "bullying".

There was more than one poster making negative comments on this thread which, if i was the OP, would have made me wonder why I bothered posting this in the first place (which, I believe, she did).

At no time did i say that one of those posters was you - sorry if you took it that way.

There is no need to say sorry as I never thought you were talking about me.
And I also apologise if I misunderstood what you meant.
