Nobody incl. the Santander branch manager knows how to stop the charges. CAN YOU ?

OK people who take a zeal in finding ways to blame the affected (a gross mis-attribution delusion that the world is just and predictable in very many cases ) try and blame THIS one on me. My santander debit card developed a fault and i was overdrawn by £20 for 5 days. OF course i have no overdraft, not that this matters…

YES of course they can stupid (and pray tell how)
1. Pay in an amount which covers at least the outstanding overdraft + 1 month's charges.
2. Close account and never darken a Santander door again.
3. Get a life and enjoy!
