If you want to spend £100-£200 (poosibly not!) you could go for a galvanised steel sprayer, they do last a lifetime, l sell them at work.
What about this one on ebay?

If you go for the Hudson, the UK stockist for spare parts is S0L0 Sprayers in Essex.
If you have any agricultural or industrial auctions nearby get hold of a catalogue, those metal sprayers do crop up from time to time, you could pick one up for very little.
