Bungalow with Oil Central heating/Hot water - electric better?

Hi everyone, I've been in an oil fuel place for a year now and I'm wondering if it'll be cheaper to heat the place with electric radiators and use the immersion for hot water. You might be able to squeeze a little off the costs of your aged heating system by joining an oil-buying club. Citizens Advice has a map here:
http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/index/campaigns/oilclubs/oilclubs-map.htm

But these only show the ones registered with CAB. Googling will find others.
