NCP DO issue fake 'parking contravention notices' that briefly mention railway bylaws. Never seen a genuine bylaw ticket that hasn't been issued by a rail operator.0

Anyway, have they any means of ascertaining who was driving? If not it's "been nice knowing you NCP".0

Found it - Click here - opens as a PDF.I recall recently seeing a set of T's & C's published by NCP which appeared to apply to all of their railway car parks. This document appeared to suggest that they applied the law of contract and not the bye-laws - I also seem to remember a fairly unique interpretation of the law of agency.2. Agency
You acknowledge that you enter into this contract with us on the basis of these Terms and Conditions not only on behalf of yourself, but also on behalf of any passengers in the vehicle and the legal owner of the vehicle. This means that we may enforce these Terms and Conditions against you or any passenger or the legal owner of the vehicle. Equally, you, any passenger and the legal owner of the vehicle can enforce these Terms and Conditions against us.
Regardless of what this clause sets out as it forms part of any purported contract it is unenforceable against those who are not party to it.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Yes, it is total nonsense, but par for the course for a Parking Cowboy. They are all at it, aren't they?
Would be kicked out of court after the Judge stopped laughing.0 -

Do you mean as in evidence? I'm quite sure they probably took a photo of my car, but I couldn't see any CCTV cameras in the car park which could of picked me out.0 -
Well, unless you really ARE Ryan Giggs, it's doubtful anyone will recognise who you are.0
