Great idea but Virgin aren't a participating company!

Life is too short to read my entire saga! Even I'm sick of it.

Thanks Pikeyp! I did this yesterday as he hadn't responded to my letter (knowing my luck, the Royal Mail lost it!) and you're right - very fast response. Email and a phone call. I don't suppose it will resolve anything but we'll see.

Thankfully, we are now with Plusnet and so far, so good.
