The increase is below what RPI was a t the tiome it was announced so you can't cancel OFCOM and CISAS have both said it's within the permitted limits and a commercial decisions so not somethign they can do a lot about.

I know it won't be what you want to hear but thats not a route out.

There is no fobbing off, the OP agreed to xx months at £yy and in exchange got a new phone, that needs to be paid back.

There may be some goodwill by the network but thats entirely it, goodwill, if they don't want to move theres not a lot the OP can do.

Thank you for the replies, well i called orange today, was on the phone quite a while they said they would do a tarriff review on the accounts, even though ive only had them 4 months. And they have reduced them from 35pm each to one at 26.50 and other to 20.00. I'm so pleased i called them now!
