    I put some items on auction for the first time yesterday, to try and drum up some sales and direct people into my shop. I would actually rather not sell them at all at the starting price , I have also put bin on them at the real price . It' a gamble I know but if it gets people looking then it should pay for itself. fingers crossed.

    i dont sell too much stuff, but whenever i do it just doesnt sell! do you have to pay extra to make a picture come up in the search listing?

    To make the pic show up on the left of the items you search for - you need to pay for Gallery.

    IMO the only listing upgrade worth paying for.

    Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

    Jamtart think gallery is about 15p, yes it does work! I hope!

  • Put 11 items on and sold 6, so i've got £46 coming in but then i've to post it all:D Even sold something to a woman in Germany mad panic in last 30mins to change listing so she could buy!!!!!!!!! Off to look for some more stuff:rotfl:

  • I always find people watch items for the first few days and then bid when they're coming to an end.

    I wouldn't worry yet, there's plenty of time.
