    If it's a single white line at the end, then that bay forms part of a wider set of bays, and the 'no return within one hour' applies to that set.

    If it's a double line at the end, then you're at the end of a bay / set of bays, and if you move to the inside of another double white line, you're in a new set, and the clock starts again.
