CPW or t-mobile to cancel contract?

I took a contract out through CPW with t-mobile on a 12 month cashback thingie, so all my bills come from t-mobile, so who do i contact to cancel? CPW or t-mobile? And with it being a 12 month free contract do i need to wait until i have done the 12 months before cancelling? or can i write to cancel for the day my contract finishes? hope that makes sense
