Hi, Does anyone know how i can contact Sony, for complaints and repairs?
I have tried their www address but the e.mail i try to send won't send.
I would rather send them an e.mail as opposed to ringing or writing, as e.mail would get there quicker.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you tried the Sony forum?
http://www.sony.co.uk/discussions/community/en/support/tv_home_cinema/dvd_bluray?view=discussionsTime has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
maybe on twitter, too..Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

Thank you all for your replies,
I will try to go on the Sony Forum as advised.
I basically have this recorder that is only just 14months old, and it has a fault, the place i bought it from has said it is probably a fault with the hard drive. I rang Sony Customer Care, and they have agreed that it probably is the hard drive.
They told me to take it to a local repairs place, and get it repaired. I told them that as it is only just 14months old, i would have thought it would have lasted longer than this time?
We are now discussing compensation towards the repair, i am not at all happy that this device cost me over £200 and has given up the ghost already.0
