lost mobile with cancelled insurance on three
I lost my Samsung galaxy s2 a fee weeks ago and had stupidly cancelled the insurance in December. At the time I was changing over bank accounts and did not realise three used a third party insurance company for the direct debit as I had purchased the phone and insurance together in a three store. I spoke with CS who informed me I was not covered, I lodged a complaint with three and on Friday had a call from the three complaints department, they acknowledged that using a third party insurance company was misleading for customers and although they could not replace the lost handset gave me a 105 pound credit, this covers three months line rental for me on the one plan. So anyone who has lost a phone after cancelling the insur9ance might want to give three a call and lodge a complaint, as for me it helped fund towards my new HTC EVO 3D from Asda.
Good luck
