If you have orange payg check your balance

Orange have charged me almost £15 for what should be a 20p Magic Number calls.
I found out almost by chance. This evening I sent a charity donation by SMS. Soon after I received a message from Orange warning that my credit balance was low, less than 50p!
Going online was hopeless because their website is experiencing problems. So I phoned them up for an explanation and was told ithe overcharge was a "system error" and I will be reimbursed.
I recommend that Orange customers check their balances to see that they are paying what they should be paying.
