Orange - how long to credit?

I recently discovered that I had Orange Care insurance on my account. I specifically said I didn't want it when I upgraded (I have separate mobile phone insurance) but it was applied anyway. Someone agreed to refund all my premiums (£90) on Wednesday, although it's not showing on my account yet, so I'm not sure if it was correctly applied. Last time I was told my account had been credited it hadn't been, and the knock on effects from that took months to put right. They only updated my credit file last week, until then I was showing as having 5 missed payments in the last year!
