Hi there, my talk talk contract due to run out, probably today.
Can I end everything and ask for a new contract at the specials priced deals they have at the minute, I.e. half price unlimited for 9 months
Or
Can I end contract, and get my hubby to call up and start a new contract at same house (obviously
) in his name?
Thanks for any help.

Your contract doesn't run out, it reaches the end of it's minimum term. It then becomes a 30 day rolling contract, which continues until you give 30 days notice. You can ask for a new deal, but it won't necessarily be the one offered to a new customer. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

For clarification, the contract does not 'roll' - if fact, it is pretty immobile. Your arrangement will continue as before, but with a 30-day notice period. The contract never ends, YOU have to provide notice of your intention to cease, then see out any remaining term agreed.0
