On vodafone, do picture messages come out of your inclusive texts, and video messages from inclusive minutes?
Can't seem to find details on their site.

    Hi tcall

I work for Vodafone and may be able to help.

As of the 1st of September last year, MMS and Video messages are no longer covered by your free allowances.

The cost to send an MMS is 36p, to send a Video message it's 60p.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks for your help.
Looks like I'm about to leave vodafone anyway. Just got off the phone from them and they won't upgrade me to anywhere near as good a deal as if I was to approach them as a new customer. Quite shocked tbh.

"MMS and Video messages are no longer covered by free allowances" was this change informed to customers? I was certainly not informed and as a result my bill went through the roof and Vodafone won't take any responsiblities.

I know I was told - it was on my bill. They also ended the old system of using your text allowance to cover gprs use. Annoyed me a bit, but they offered me such a good deal I renewed my contract.

They do not send me paper bill, only on line but i have double checked it on my September bill and there is no notification of these changes in there.
