Deffo seems to depend where you live, when I lived in London there was no way I could get a parcel etc from the sorting office without ID and the collection card - it would always be checked and the queues were generally mega. I now live in a small town and they never ask for ID and looked at me like I was weird when I turned up the first time with ID clutched in paw to collect an item.0 -

I just don't know where the old name is coming from - all my names and delivery addresses in both Paypal and eBay are now set to the correct name, the old one doesn't appear on screen ANYWHERE. It must be in a background database somewhere, very, very annoying.
