  • The BPA may try to project the image that they are some sort of independent regulatory body, but they are as much of a fraud as their members. Which isn't surprising as it was they who set it up to further their own interests.

    And you can look forward to the "court summoning" all you like. With Roxburghe involved, the ONLY way you will meet them in Court is to sue THEM for harassment.

    It did cross my mind, the amount of grief they can put people through, not short of harassment, shame I wasn't a millionaire otherwise i would just to take the ******* down.

    I just had a thought, poor PPCs having to pay out more money to the Royal Mail for their various PO boxes. HAH.

    The last time Roxburge was in court was when they were in school doing a make-believe court session during drama classes

    Why do you have to be a millionaire? All it takes is about £60 in court fees which they will repay you when they lose. That is all you risk. This is Small Claimsville. Anyone can take on anyone at minimal cost. I speak from experience.
