I'm still reading, but can't muster the enthusiasm to post. DH's JSA ended this week and our income has dropped by £295 a month. We weren't coping on the income we were getting before the drop so this has thrown me into a deep low. The small things don't seem to apply when all I can see are BIG red numbers. :(

I know that's a bit of a defeatist attitude, but I'm having real problems eating, sleeping, working etc at the moment so posting is the last thing on my mind. I will bounce back, 'cos that's what I do.

Aww Sitchy, sending you bigs hugs and I sincerely hope that you find some light at the end of the tunnel. I hope I havent upset you more I just wanted you to know I miss you and your posts, I wish I lived nearer and could help, I dont have much but would do anything I can.

    Take care, love

    Chrissie

    Evening all,

I'm feeling a bit better today, thanks for all your kind wishes they obviously helped! I had a fantastic time last night although I was very naughty & splurged a whole £55 on a hoodie from the merch stand :o In my defence I have been doing fairly well on the ebay & survey fronts so there is enough extra cash coming in to pay for it, & I have done some googling today & it's not something I could get cheaper online, infact I can only see a blue version online so it seems it is a one of a kind purchase! *Waits for someone to say I still shouldn't have bought it* :p

Natlie - Thank you when I run out I will try them as they must be cheaper than the Benylin ones I have been using sparingly!
    Stitchy
    - Sorry to hear things are still looking glum :( Sending lots of positive wishes your way
Mon1o - Nice work on the shoes! That is a bargain & a half :)

    Today I have/will:-

    • [STRIKE]Food from stores[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Log calories using free app[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Charge phone via pc[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Check for surveys[/STRIKE]
    • Enter comps
    • [STRIKE]Check online banking[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Try & keep the heating off/on low if needed[/STRIKE] (my new hoodie is super warm btw, haha!)
    • [STRIKE]Work on wedding related tasks[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Take a look at diary to ensure I am up to date & prepared for everything coming[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Check cashback[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Washing on eco setting using freebie washing liquid[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Hang up to dry[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Catch up with flylady tasks[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Watched Superscrimpers[/STRIKE] - was hoping for some extra tips & got a few, but quite a few were things I already knew from this website!
    • [STRIKE]Repaired squeaky door myself[/STRIKE] - usually I have such little confidence in my own abilities I have to go double check anything "practical" with my Dad :o Was nice to just do it myself for once & it all turned out fine!
    • [STRIKE]Listed/Relisted 5 items on ebay & updated spreadsheet for recent sales[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Create meal plan for month ahead[/STRIKE]
    • Double check plan is in budget using mysupermarket
    • [STRIKE]Dinner from meal plan[/STRIKE] - yummy roast chicken in the oven as I type :)
Have a great, MSE day everyone x
